Depths of Thought: Authorship

I don’t worry when I’m watching a television series because I know there is an author. When I’m watching or reading a story, it’s all about if I trust the author or not.

For my stories, I want readers to trust me. I only write happy endings with worthwhile lessons along the way. I love my characters. The trials they face shape them into who they are meant to be. I want readers to stick with me through to the end, even through the worst parts that made me cry when I wrote them, because I will always bring it out all right in the end and have purpose for the pain.

Life has an Author.
